AREA TRAILS IN MACKENZIE

Dina Lake
Access - The Dina Lake trail is located 24 kilometers north of Mackenzie on the Parsnip River Forest Road, at the Dina Lake Recreation Site.

Note: The hiking trail follows the entire perimeter of the lake and offers the hiker some fantastic scenery. Dina Creek is a fish enhancement project, and its trail is wheelchair accessible.

The Murray Range
Access - The Murray Range hiking trail is located just off of Highway 97 north of Azu. Parking is about 3.2 km

north of Azouetta Lake. The marked access point is difficult to find and maintain; for more precise directions
contact the local tourist information booth or the Chamber of Commerce.

Note: The trail covers a large area and offers enjoyable scenic adventure; there are limestone caves up there somewhere! The distance of this hike varies with which ever trail is utilized, but several kilometers is the usual
length. This is about a 2 to 3 hour climb.
